Refund & Return Policy – Be More

Made-To-Order Products

All books and apparel sold through Be More are print-on-demand. Each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

Please review all sizing charts, product descriptions, and details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products.

If your book or apparel item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Or if you receive the wrong item

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@oliviabmoore.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement, in accordance with our print partners’ policies.

Books (Lulu Printing)

Books are printed on demand through Lulu. Minor color variations or slight print shifts are considered normal in print production and are not classified as defects.

Only manufacturing errors, misprints, or physical damage qualify for replacement or refund.

Apparel (Printify Production)

Apparel is produced through Printify’s network of printing partners.

Sizing differences within manufacturer tolerance (usually up to 1 inch) are not considered defects. Please check the size chart before ordering.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have a 14-day right to cancel under EU law. However, this does not apply to made-to-order or personalized products unless they are defective.
