Music. Words. Purpose. — that's not just something on my wall, it's the whole practice. Everything I make starts the same way: something happens, I feel it all the way through, and then I write my way back to solid ground.

I've written my way through divorce, through losing a job that used to define me, through being a single mother trying to regulate a nervous system that never got taught how. I've written love notes to a muse I don't always have the courage to say things to out loud. I've written myself out of spirals and back into my own power.

I make music as an AI artist — not instead of the craft, but as an extension of it. Every song still starts with something true. The tools just help me get it out faster, translate it into new textures, dance rhythms, sounds I couldn't reach with my voice alone.

I'm also a mother. That part doesn't stop when the music starts — it's woven through all of it. Healing, for me, was never about becoming someone new. It was about coming back to who I already was underneath everything the world asked me to carry.
